Nancy Austin Law is a discrete informational website about her law practice while also providing an easy to navigate public FAQ's section for her volunteer work with the Washington C.A.S.H. program. Interesting fact, although we live relatively close to one another, say 30 miles apart, we've never actually met. We have conducted all our business, designed her website, and she has even written a testimonial for us, and we've never met face-to-face. Although we are happy to be a convenient and easy to work with resource, we do like to meet the client whenever possible. That said we are also quite comfortable and prepared to work with you exclusively through a virtual connection.

Orcastreehouse.com is an excellent example of how we adapt to our client's needs. Pam, is a local grade school teacher and pastel artist on Orcas Island in the San Juans Islands, and she rents out her home year round. We monitor and filter her rental web site e-mail for her, --forwarding the important mail where ever she's needs it sent. She finds herself off-line a lot of the time during the summer months, so she finds this service absolutely invaluable. We've also given her site a face lift and created an annual availability calendar that indicates the days her home has been reserved at a glance.  Much of Pam's fine art is also displayed on a portion of the website.  The improvements to her web site are directly responsible for having a profound impact over the past year. Her rentals have gone from mostly "summer-only to all year round, and her rental revenue has nearly doubled over the previous year before she transfered her site to us. She has been raves to everyone that will listen about us. Pam, a referral herself, has referred both of our other Orcas Island clients.

SpencerYachts.net This website was first started by a Canadian friend back in 1997 and I became involved with it in 1998 right after buying the "Office." The original version of this web site actually pre-dates the business by a couple of years.  This current version was purpose built to work well with it's a large and diverse community of user's. The core demographic for this web site is pretty wide from early 30's up through the 70's so it has to appeal and work for a wide audience.

Travis Naughton is, besides my cousin in Mousouri, a talented writer and columnist about a stay-at-home dad. He writes from the heart and it really pulls you in. This website is currently being used to sell is first novel, an opus called "Naked Snow Angels." It is quite original and humorous and is highly recommended. (Please note: In a very baised 'he's my cousin' sort of way.)

Orcas Culinary Retreat is a 2nd word-of-mouth referral, this is an unusual concept web site that features fine baking and cooking classes with an event catering component.  The owner is starting a new blog and developing her onlne presence. And still a bit of what it is she wants her site to be.  We have been working together with her for well over a year on this project.  So this has been a slow development process that has definitely been at her own pace.  Although a bit unusual in terms of the circumstances behind the long dev time, we do pride ourselves in working closely with a new site owner and assisting them through the development process one step at a time.  Forward progress for us often comes down to patiently waiting for the customer to supply the next piece of content needed. Launched Feb 2011
